Steven D. Toskes: Founding Partner

Steven D. Toskes, who focuses his practice in securities arbitration and litigation, received his bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center.  Mr. Toskes is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association which is a national bar association whose member attorneys are dedicated to the representation of investors in disputes with the securities industry. Mr. Toskes is also a member of American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association and Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Mr. Toskes is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and has represented numerous customers in arbitrations and mediations before the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD), New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (NYSE) and American Arbitration Association. Mr. Toskes also handles regulatory inquiries and investigations by the NASD and NYSE on behalf of securities brokers and brokerage firms.
