Jahan K. Manasseh: Attorney

Jahan K. Manasseh received his bachelor’s degree from Gordon College in Wenham, MA, with a major in political science, and his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA, where he concentrated in financial services law. Before joining Klayman & Toskes, Mr. Manasseh worked in the Compliance Department of the Boston Stock Exchange, and the Employment and Litigation Department of John Hancock Financial Services. Mr. Manasseh's unique writing style has provided hundreds of arbitration panels with the ability to fully comprehend the pertinent facts and law behind each and every arbitration case. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Mr. Manasseh focuses his practice in securities arbitration and litigation. He also handles employment cases in the securities industry, as well as regulatory inquiries and investigations by the NASD and NYSE n/k/a FINRA, on behalf of brokers and financial advisors.
