Michael Davis: Attorney

Since 1981, Michael Davis has been one of South Florida’s preeminent trial lawyers. As trial counsel for Klayman & Toskes, P.A., Michael Davis strives to protect the rights of those who have sustained substantial financial losses caused by brokers and their firms.

Michael Davis received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern Law School in 1981. After obtaining his law license, Michael Davis attended the School of Taxation at the University of Miami and earned his LLM in Taxation. Michael Davis is a member of the Million Dollar Advocate Forum, American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Broward County Trial Lawyers.

Michael Davis has been lead counsel in numerous arbitrations across the United States representing individuals who have lost millions of dollars. Michael Davis has tried securities cases before the NYSE, NASD and FINRA.
